      If I go down the route of using supplements to enhance my training regime, should I stick to natural supplements?

      I think everything should be within reason. And of course, natural supplements are less harmful than chemical ones.

      Thank you) I attend gym three times a week. Mostly doing cardio and stretching.

      If you could give new starters to the gym one bit of advice what would it be? I am always interested to hear how people think differently.

      Not to overtrain for the first time, listen to you body (I mean if you feel pain - slow down and have a rest), ask a trainer for an advice concerning your personal program (depends on what would you like to achieve). Are you agree?))

      I see exactly where you are coming from Jane - like so many new things in life, starting a new fitness campaign is exciting and "new" in the first few days/weeks. It is after the honeymoon period is over that you need to dig deep to keep going :)
